Right now I have received a notification from emgs connect application on my mobile that my application has been updated and it becomes 32% so I checked my application status on the application I found it 32% but when I go to this link http://is.gd/EMGStracker I found it is still 15%.
So please fix this problem.

Because my Application is stuck at 5% until now and shows me “pending payment by institution ”
