it usually take 2 weeks from the date it submitted to the immigration, so usually take 3 weeks in total

i think it’s too risky and you might not getting the approval, but you can try submitting it

Hi! From what I know, starting from Nov 1, you don’t need any Travel Authorization Letter if you have valid student visa. A friend of mine just arrived in KL this morning with a valid student pass, she didn’t apply for any travel authorization.
