Your institute will have notification by EMGS and you will have the same notification, so if any of you sent the correction or the additional documents first EMGS will continue progressing with it….
The most important thing is to send the additional documents in the correct format to EMGS

Totally around 20 days since my institution has approved my application, but i had so many mistakes and additional documents wich delayed the process,
I am so satisfied with EMGS service and probably with a perfect application you will need 15 days

First of all thanks for all the officers and employees of EMGS for their kindness and nice work….
I have recived my VAL today and i feel very happy and grateful for that….

You should recive an email sais that they have recived the first correction document, so i guess the second notification is for the first one, but wait for the offices to answer your question correctly

Call your institution, it’s not yet reached to EMGS cause the university did not accept. And don’t forget the payment

Hello EMGS officer….
My Application processing turned to yellow because of a wrong Health Declaration form….
I hace submitted the new correct form and the issue of it has been closed but the color is still yellow,
And the problem as mentioned in the website is missing Documents or corrections without any explanation….

The health screening is no more required from all students who are willing to study in malaysia, health declaration is the replacement

I had the same situation, i needed to cancel the first application and create a new one with the new payment method, it took less than two days to cancel the first one.

Hello EMGS OFFICER…
My Application turned yellow due to an issue of additional documents required….
I have emailed the required documents to the specific email of EMGS of additional documents, and sent them to the university as well
My question is how long will it take to continue the processing of my application?
