Yet if you want to know the status then you might contact your institution.

My eVAL got expired 3 days ago. However, in my EMGS “track my application” page, the Travel authorization letter that was issued while i got my eVAL, just vanished suddenly. Can someone tell me why did that happen?
For the record, my university applied/will apply for an eVAL extension.
