Hi, my Supporting Letter Collected/Couriered date was 01/10/2018. Till now I haven’t got my passport back since I submit to my institution. My institution is telling me that my passport is still in the immigration. Is it possible by myself to go and check with the immigration about any update?

Hi, my process is now at 35% and with immigration department it says on hold in requirement of additional documents. But following with my institution they said immigration nor emgs haven’t let them know regarding what additional document is required. How can I solve this problem? Thanks
