How can I apply for MY TRAVEL PASS document?

I am currently stranded at a Nigerian airport.

I presented the PERMISSION TO ENTER MALAYSIA document, it was rejected.

I have never heard of MY TRAVEL PASS before now.

The six months for my e-val expires by 15th August. I need URGENT help, please.
