ah yes i had to resend additional docs.

0%-5%-10%-15% green: took a total of 4 days (10/08-14/08)
15% yellow-15% green: took only 2 working days but bc i submitted the extra docs late thus the big delay (16/08-27/08)
15% green-32%: 3 working days (27/08-30/08)
32%-35%: 2 working days (30/08-04/09)
