Kindly liaise with the institution and request that they submit the VAL cancellation application. The approval to cancel the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Kindly be informed that the eVAL is valid for 6 months. As such, the student is required to enter Malaysia with a valid eVAL and SEV.
