I recently received this message from EMGS, I uploaded it in a picture, first of all my passport image was taken 5 years ago and my features have changed I have gained weight.

I have given my documents, passport and photo once again, the picture taken was by a professional, yet there seems to be some problem, with I even asked EMGS on enquiry@emgs.com.my but didn\’t really get any response except, currently I got the email saying passport issue status: closed what does it mean?
And what about my photo?
