As i have seen comments of emgs officer for a student who left malaysia before endorsement of student sticker and as per emgs officer he has to cancel previous val and reapply for the new one. In case of acceptance you have to deposit fees of insurance. If you visit them personally they will provide you 15% discount.

The other document includes marraige certificate, birth certificateof child if applicable, filled proposal form. If child is less than 2 years then medical record (vaccination).
