MTP approval may take 14 days or more, so i heard.
So if you are already in ML through LTB and MTP approval takes more time then you might not have the minimum 14 days SEV validity that is required for the dependent pass approval.

Travellers arriving through LTB are not eligible to apply for dependent pass as far as i know. The university must apply for the entry approval (mtp) of dependents. best wishes

Dependent pass will not be processed until the student pass is approved.

Wife and one child- expired dependent pass in march 2021 while being out of ML.
One child- new dependent
