Send every page as I’ve noticed that many people’s visa get delayed because they didn’t send every page of passport

Hello beautiful people,
Really hope someone can help me with this.
Basically my application went to 35% on 24/10
There hasn’t been a progress yet. The color is still green and I get no updates whatsoever.
I contact university they tell me they don’t know anything, same for EMGS.
Please do asssist me as my semester is about to begin.
