Emgs told me that the passport must be sent to for them in order for the student’s pass to be extracted. I sent it in the registration to emgs and for university, do I send it again or what do I do?

I wrote them and they did not answer me.
What is the solution
I placed the order on 12/12/2019 but still 5% Pending Approval by the Institution
