After you reach 15% give a week or two and u will reach 32% then 35% in one-two days.
After that u will reach 70% after a week or less.
So just wait and btw when u reach 32% u could start university online until u travel.

When u reach 70% u will recive ur Travel authorization + Eval.
After that if Malaysia need single entry visa from your country then u should apply from it from the malaysian embassy and then u will be able to travel.

Because tbh all I saw from the students that applied is some get lucky and receive it fast while others take time.
