I am an existing student…. got my travel authorisation letter on 3rd sep…. got travel permit from Malaysian embassy on 28th sep… but as I booked my flight on 11th October, I would like to know if I can change my flight date (earlerier or a bit later) without any issue?

OK so I totally understand your frustrated by all this, and your not the only one. But please try to understand there is certain formal way of work. The immigration will decide whether and when new students are allowed and emgs has nothing to do with it.
