However, there are some nationalities can bring their families if they are undergraduate students. I am not sure if these regulations have been changed after the pandemic. You can google it to know more about these allowed nationalities.

Have anyone left the other supporting document empty and get his application approved?

They will not process your application before others have been submitted last year or even submitted earlier this year! In my case, I had applied in July 2020, and I got my eVAL/TAL one week ago! As what I noticed, they process the submitted applications in chronological order for the graduate students.

Do we need something called a Travel Pass for students? I am wondering while reading some posts about this issue in here.
If so, what is the idea of having the Travel Authorization Letter (TAL) then?
As what I know, the travel pass is required from all travelers excluding students since they should obtain the TAL?
