upload those letters on EMG account after that your visa will proceed

If you read the whole article carefully its mentioned that new students are alllowed and their cases will proceed on EMGs but the new students from 23 countries are not allowed namely Pakistan, India, Saudi Arabia, USA etc. and thats really unfortunate
