I heard you might need at least 18 months of validity, but please check with your university first and ask them for an extension of your eval, and about your passport issue

If you renewed your passport, ask your institute for help on renewing the visa and stuff.

Those who had to ask for extension for their eVAL because their old one has expired, how long did it take you for EMGS to give you the new one, after the institution sent a request to them? Mine was issued last year April, but it has expired. Now I’m waiting for EMGS. I saw some people say that they got theirs in 2-3 days, but those are new applicants.

Hi! I had to apply for a new eVAL with my institute, and EMGS has confirmed they received it from them. May I know roughly how long it usually takes to get the new eVAL? Just wanted to know others’ experience 🙂
