fill up by pdf editor or by writing insert the date of departure with next period of 7 days if you have covid negative but valid result untill arrival at KLIA other wise you need to fill the dated with 10 days period.
Like if you are departurning on 1st march 2021 then for 7 days this should be upto 7th march.
