Im sure not all of you need the SEV, that depends on your nationality , contact your university and find out.
I live i saudi arabia but my nationality is Syrian and I’ve been told that i only need VAL

Same here, i contacted them and they told me i only need VAL, BTW im from syria but study in Saudi Arabia
