I’m not sure, cuz they send a hard copy through regular mail, contact UPM maybe they can speed up the process

I think there will be some special arrangements regarding ur case, it depends on what medical condition u have, u can ask for details from the medical clinic or maybe ur institution can explain

As far as I know there r two choices, directly from EMGS but through regular mail they send u a hard copy but it takes so much time, or by institution they send it by e mail
Never heard that someone can collect by himself or by someone else

Yes it suppose to be, but u can see all the details u have made on ur application details table on the EMGS website

24 hours is not always accurate, keep checking on ur application, I think u still have enough time for VAL to be approved

Time to time u will receive notifications about the progress of ur application. No one can tell u how long it might take a month maybe more it depends, for now just keep checking the status

Yes u can travel to Malaysia but at the kl airport show them the VAL and ur offer letter they will give u visa on arrival for students

After u receive ur VAL u can go to the Malaysian embassy in ur country they will stamp ur passport with the SEV

Current pass is when u apply for ur student pass through ur institution
Personal bond is a refundable payment for ur institution
Post medical check up u do it in ur institution medical clinic

After u complete ur registration u can apply for ur student pass which will take about a month, after that u can apply for dependant pass it might take 10-14 days t be issued.

If u had the medical tests at a panel clinic recognized by EMGS u don’t have to upload anything

Yes as I said it’s valid for 2 semesters and u can register with it. My advice to u is to apply for the VAL as soon as possible to be ready once u decide to travel here. The VAL is valid for 6 months so u can apply for It now

Since u have an offer letter the offer stays valid for 2 semesters u said u deferred the offer once so now u must contact the university for the new one with new dates for September, the question is, did u apply for the VAL?

Yes u can defer ur offer only for one semester, since u already deferred it once so u have to register in September

I had the same situation when I came here I didn’t get the single entry from any embassy they stamped my passport with the single at kl airport when I showed them the VAL letter
