I have applied for eVal since 40 days and it doesn’t issue yet, so i have to be in Malaysia by jan-10 . what will happen if i enter Malaysia as a tourist whithout my eVal and SEV , is that means my application is not valid any more or it can be processed and obtain the eVal while i am in Malaysia?.
