@Omnia. Dont know ma’am. And guess what. They sent me this email after i discovered the isuue by calling them and emailing my uni. The problem is already resolved 🤣 but look , they just notified me..???!!
Indicating that U HAVE TO RUN FOR UR SITUATION. THEY WON’T. NOBODY ELSE
