2) Can someone get a special pass for 3/4 months if they are transferring their course within the same university and they are not studying in the meantime.

It says that we need to do the the professional RTK – Ag screening. I am from Bangladesh, and none of the clinics/hospitals carry out the RTK-Ag test screening professionally. May I know if I can use the home kit (Rapid Antigen test kit) to show the result in immigration order to get quarantine excemption at immigration?

I\’m travelling to Malaysia, so I wanted to know if I need to do to the RT-PCR test 3 days before my Arrival or do I need to do the RT-PCR test within 3 days prior to my arrival into Malaysia?

Bless you for your lightning speed reply! Okay so as far as I have understood, New Eval is not required if im changing courses within the same university and in the same level of study? Also are you sure its the same procedure for all the universities?
