Dear Emgs,
I am married and have a marriage pass. I want to study in UKM but I was told I have to apply through EMGS that I can’t study directly because I am using a marriage and I am a foreigner. Please can you enlighten me on what to do about this?

I submitted my application since November last year and still stuck at 50 percent. Now immigration gave me my 3rd special pass and wrote “preparing to leave the country” and I have a wife and kid here. Please, who knows why immigration is requesting for my tenancy agreement and exit stamp. Does it mean that they will go check my house later to be sure I leave the country. They want me to be outside the country while I wait for my val

Please does anyone knows why immigration request for my exit stamp and tenancy agreement while my application is still in progress. They said I have to exit first before they can approved my visa. I just finished my masters and proceeded to PhD.. But my visa had been delayed for about 3 months now just showing “in progress with immigration” .

Mine is the same.. It’s been over a month and it’s still at 50 percent.. I I asked my school and all they said is that the immigration department is the one responsible for that. But I heard appeal cases takes close to 2 months sometimes.. So I am just waiting for like a week more, if nothing changes then I am going back to school to complain again.

The international Office was a bit idle during the holiday. It is better if you contact the international Office directly and explain to them.. They re not working today Wednesday so I suggest you call them tomorrow. Their phone number is 03-8946 6048.
