Hello, I currently have a visa but I want to change my course. I was told that I have to cancel my student visa and leave the country immediately after cancellation and apply for a new student visa. Is it necessary to leave the country or can I just apply for a new one here in Malaysia?

Same I’m still stuck at 50% I can’t go for my convocation next week bcs of this 🙁
