As far as i know that the moment you got your SEV you can enter malaysia because you already have your visa right. But for the detail you better contact the immigration directly or just wait a while emgs will reply your post . 😀

However, we need to send a health declaration form to emgs to stated that we are free from
The diseases. The health declaration is still compulsory to submit.
