Travel permit from embassy has a validity period for one month.

I even texted them and they referred me to their website for new rules or regulations and I found that students are allowed.

Last time it took the airline few days to apply the new rules.
I booked my ticket with Emirates airlines, on their website they mentioned that students with visa are allowed, but I have only two flights in a week so I’m forced to book next Friday.

My travel permit issued on 4th October and they told me it’s still valid for a month so you can process your journey back.
