Hie ,how long did it take for your application to move to 70% from 35%

My application is 35% and my classes are starting very soon.Is there anything you can do with the people from immigration to speed up the process.My passport number is AE211965.I will be grateful if you are to assist ,thank you kindly .

Hello can someone please assist me suppose my program start mid July and the Val takes longer than expected to come .Are you allowed to attend school given that it is will also take time to get my endorsement .Basically my question is how early are you supposed to arrive in Malaysia given orientation starts on 17 July.
