									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You need to apply SEV in your home country before you fly to malaysia. Usually your institution will give you information about the actual date you have to come to malaysia after you recieved VAL. But make sure you apply SEV first</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I had the same issues before but mine took 9 days to get my VAL from 15% but it depends on the immigration department and your documents. If all your documents meet requirements you don’t need to wait for long time</p>
