Hope you are doing fine. Case number 633439 is still pending since a week. And I don’t really get a proper update on the issue being faced by me. Would it be possible to know the progress about my issue? I would really appreciate a solution and a proper response to my issue.

I’ve received my eVAL, and now i am trying to apply for student single entry e-visa but i am facing an issue regarding image requirements, as e-visa system retrieve data from EMGS, image uploaded by EMGS doesn’t meet the requirements for e-visa, would you please look into it.
