For me it was
1. Copy of val
2. Offer letter from university
3. Passport size photo for the visa application

It might be different in your country so be sure. Hope this helps:)

Once u get your sev, you need your original val to actually travel to Malaysia

You need to ask your university about the fees. Just make sure you meet your uni’s deadline prior to registration
