I have applied for a VDR and the percentage in my EMGS Portal reached 15% but stopped at that since last two weeks ago. This was because my Faculty in the UPM cannot be reached to send the two documents (my Results and a cover letter) needed by the EMGS due to the Lockdown. Please how can you assist me in this regard ?

I have applied for the VDR and is waiting for my Institution (UPM) to approve it. It is 5% now. Please can I obtain it to be able to enter Malaysia to attend my Faculty Seminar scheduled on 12th July 2020 ?
