Apply for student pass and then you are free with a multi entry option.
Renewing val is a big story, first you will have to cancel the current expired val, then apply for a new, then another SEV… choice is yours

I have submitted my passport to VISA Unit of my institute on 9th May but the EMGS status is still not updated.
Is it a normal thing or my Institute is delaying my passport for some reasons?
I am a PhD student and on one month leave from Pakistan and have to travel back.
Please guide me what to do now.

Thanks for the kind response.

What will i do now in case of non issuance of VAL? My uni requires VAL for enrolment and this might be same with other malaysian universities just like my uni which is IIUM.
Kindly guide me with the situation and let me know about any remedy available to me or any student from other uni.
