Yes,I got the same issue twice,everytime u need to create a new application then it will b processed,the photo uploaded in application must meet emgs requirements

If u got any issue like this,u need to create a new application always,after that emgs will automatically receive ur updates

Once u get student visa sticker on passport then u can apply for dependent passes for family, but u should b a postgraduation student.

Usually after getting 35%, u proceed to 60% directly within 3,4 working days and get 70% same day or next working day,once u get 70% immigration corriered VAL to ur institution,ur institution then email to u,after getting VAL in email u proceed to get SEV

Yes,it happens, your institute may late the process by their own,they have to approve your application and pay the fee then emgs starts your process.

No,not to pay,I faced same situation,my application was cancelled twice only bcoz of photo,3rd time accepted,u need to created a new application only
