Hello, my application with the passport number A07813877 is stuck at 50% since on 17th this month and it shows my documents are with the immigration department. Can i know what is the main reason for this please ? Thank you in advance

I got reply from my university that immigration suspected that i have overstayed. My special pass will expire on 28th of January and my flight was on 27th of January which I missed it but I quickly booked another flight and exit on 28th of January and the special pass is valid untill 28th of January.. does that means i have overstayed?
