I provide a color copy with university stamp on it but still emgs require clear copy for that page.

I don’t what to do in this scenario. Looking forward for your guidance

I had withdraw last semester and looking forward to register upcoming semester (sep). Therefore I applied for renewal of visa, EMGS required my current status. I didn’t understand what this means. University provide me confirmation letter that I withdraw from last semester and can register maximum upto 2020.
