I have also visited the Malaysian Embassy in Islamabad and emailed the Malaysian government, but the issue has not been resolved. Kindly, someone guide me.

When my friend went there to inquire, we found out that my passport had been blacklisted, even though I have never traveled to Malaysia or any other country.
