my student pass will be expired at 29 October 2025. I have renewed my passport and submitted my renewal documents including my new passport copy through visa unit of my university. Do I need to wait until my progress 50% and says collect passport or I have to collect soon before that? Thank you

Permission to follow up on my student visa (passport number C7047460) which has been almost 2 weeks without any significant progress.

I plan to bring my family to Malaysia, if the completion of the student visa is late, I will also be late in processing the visa for my family.
