My VAL application is sent to my institution UIAM on the 19th of september 2017 for approving; but until now nothing doesnt happen… My status is pending and my status in EMGS doesnt appear… I have tried by me mane and passport number but it is not recognized…

I do not what to do. Pleae help me.
