I called the emgs one stop center (9 am to 6pm MYT) and explained to them my situation, and they did necessary thing according to the enquiry. After sometime, my pre-entry checklist is complete now. And then you are highly recommended to fill in the pre-entry checklist (idk is this mandatory or not). If you have another problem with the pre-entry checklist.
