I am from Sudan and will be travelling to malaysia for a student exchange. After getting eVAL, do I need to apply for visa at the rmbassy or just travel to malsyia since people of my homecountry are eligible to visa on arrival ????

If visa is required, are Sudanese eigible for e-Visa for students ?
