Stay calm once it is 35% now immigration is doing their part to get it approve however within 3 working days it will be 70% and gud luck!

You would have to put it during the Medical Process because there is blank space for EMGvS Refrence number so you have to provide it to further your application form.
So you needed to put it there before posting it at the school

Hello Brother on getting your Refrence number you need to write to the EMGS give a feedback to them requesting for your EMGS..
However you need to do that during the Medical Process.

you can also check the Malaysian Embassy in your country website for their working days and hours.
and Public Holidays in Malaysia in other to avoid waste of energy,time and resources according to you as you said.
