I applied on 24th mine is also at 5% from what ive heared it takes 1 month to 45 days for your eval to be issued

I paid myself through credit card. The status says pending approval from institution

Its been a whole week since i have applied for the EVAL its in 5% and saying pendinh verification from the institution. I have sent multiple emails to the university but its still the same. What should i do
