I am doing master, already approved and waiting for my SEV.
My question: am I able to apply For depending Visa for my wife or should I be in malaysia first then apply for her from there ??

Yes you can reach there on time if you speed up your VAL process and give them complete documents and payment

As my experience you should pay your VAL fee through institute that better. And second you do email to your university admission unit or visa process management, they send you everything bank detail and even they tell you whole process how to make payment then after payment you should send the paymemt receipt to same person then he will send your…[Read more]
