same here..mine too stuck on 15 percent since last week..dont knw y utp officials arent forwarding my pending documents..

u must just try and keep on contacting at the utp..only then they will proceed ..u must keep on pushing them

i had the same issue .. i am entrolled for utp for masters research programme but now my additional documents have been submitted 2 days ago and it is green now.. but still on 15 percent…. anybody joining utp for january intake mail me… naumanmaldarr@gmail.com
