Go to the official website of EMGS, but there ur passport number and ur nationality then click the button there, after that u can download it. Use ur pc or laptop.

I am also from Nigeria. I do so the way instructed in the user guide. But rejected by immigration due to not uploading all international passport pages

@Nasim Mere bhai you can travel with out visa, your case is just like me, coz we don\’t have malaysian embassy in our country, and its ok they will give us the the visa on the airport inshaa allah, tension mat lo brother..

Open you laptop/PC and go to direct the EMGS website, but your travel document there and your nationality, then click the buttom button, and you will see your VAL downlaod, then download it.
