I will be leaving Malaysia on the 20th of December and I will come back on the 16th of March, can I apply for the travel document since I’m not a new student now or do I have to wait until I leave Malaysia.
And if by any chance I couldn’t come back because of the covid-19 restrictions will there be any penalty?
