I sent it to the immigration but they said ((we cant accept it)). Ask your institute for further information and tell them to send your exit stamp when they accepted it,thats better. I sent to UPM but they dont response. So, could you help me please?

My application stuck on 30% cuz the reason as above. I sent to him my exit stamp and my cancellation visa for two time. However, they UNABLE to accept the attachment. I do not know why???!!!
