It depends on the immigration of Malaysia and embassy of your country in Malaysia. Immigration of Malaysia will ask for a supporting letter, and your institute will collect it from your country’s embassy

Now you don’t need to wait till it arrives by courier, you can get in emgs’s website with your information right after it’s approval.
